HU Xingyu pointed out in his speech that on the occasion of celebrating the 67th anniversary of the founding of SDUT, SDUT and Shinva Medical Instrument Co., LTD jointly built the Medicine-Engineering Interdisciplinary Innovation Research Institute, which was of special significance, and was an important measure for both sides to further exert their respective advantages, integrate resources, and promote scientific and technological innovation in the field of medicine-engineering. To further facilitate the construction of the institute, he hoped that the two sides would set up a management team and research and development team as soon as possible in accordance with the content of the agreement, determine and launch key research and development projects of the institute, build a results-oriented, project-driven, and open competition mechanism to select the best candidates to improve innovation efficiency. It was necessary to establish a sound communication mechanism, an effective management mechanism and a scientific evaluation mechanism to ensure the quality and efficiency of research outcomes.
